PAET is a $615 million technology company that provides integrated communications services to business and institutional customers primarily in the United States. Volume has been increasing since mid-August as PAET has moved up to challenge a significant resistance area at $4.25. The last two attempts at this level were accompanied by light to moderate volume, so the odds are increasing that this trip higher might do the trick. A move through $4.25 would likely result in a move up to test the early May and mid May reaction highs at $4.90 and $4.70, respectively. Given the recent strength in the MACD, we'd expect the 20 day EMA to hold as closing support on any pullbacks.
